Tampa Rally operates a full service shock absorber service center to provide complete testing, fabrication, rebuild, and restoration and revalve capabilities. The facility can perform services for automotive, motor sports, and heavy duty truck applications.
DYNO TESTINGmost dampers are tested on a shock dyno when they are manufactured. However, racing dampers should be dyno tested periodically to ensure optimum performance. We offer dyno services utilizing the latest technology in computer operated multi-speed dynos.

REBUILD and RESTORATIONyour dampers, in most cases, are fully rebuildable. Vintage street and racing shocks can be refurbished to a like-new condition including paint and decals. Whenever applicable we use USA sourced seals and MOTUL Multi Viscosity damper oil. REVALVEIn cases where the original valving may not be optimal for modified vehicles, the valving on a damper may be altered to match a customer’s application requirements. we have developed several specific valvings for motor sports applications including autocross, drag racing, oval track racing and road course racing, we can help tailor your springs and dampers to achieve a desired result.
SPECIAL APPLICATION CONVERSIONSWe can perform a variety of special modifications including shortened and extended lengths. We can also convert most dampers to double adjustable or external rebound adjustable on application that did not have this before. Special mounting configurations or conversion of non-COILOVER dampers can also be done for applications that are not offered otherwise. Contact us with your special requirements.
TURN-AROUND TIMENormal turn-around time is three to four weeks from date of receipt but it is sometimes subject to seasonal run-ups so please call in advance to determine your projected availability date.
